My visit was fine. I went once cost $80 for a little over an hour. Some of that hour is spent with him talking about himself so that takes up some time to deal with your you. An IGG test was $400 and was done on the 10th, the lab got it on the 13th and on the 31st I am still waiting results. I asked him for the name of the lab like 10 times and he never would tell me so I could follow up myself. I got conflicting messages from him several times. I finally found the lab on my own and they said they got it on the 13th and was waiting for clarification from him and just got it yesterday, even though i have texted him about it daily for 2 weeks. He told me today it would be in by Monday.I talked with the lab today they said they just started it and it would be another week. My level of trust in what he says is very low! As the lab gave conflicting results. I asked for a refund he said that isn't possible b/c they are already running lab. my thought is then the dr refunds and takes a loss.
