Dr. Patricia Vantosh, OD

Dr. Van Tosh is a superb practitioner and a lovely person, as well. She is highly competent and delivers an outstanding level of care to her patients. As the child of an optometrist myself, I have seen the practice of eye care all my life. Dr. Van Tosh is the certainly among the best of the best.

I made my first trip for an eye examination after ten years. I was uncomfortable with the large multiple doctor ogffices so I avoided going for my exam. I found the practice of Dr. Van Tosh and I must say I actually had fun during my visit. Dr. Van Tosh's colleague did my examine and she was so professional and kind and extremely approachable. The colleague who helped me choose my glasses was terrific. Funny and down to earth. The receptionist was also wonderful, going out of her way.

The Dr. Did an amazing job with my young son. The secretarial staff on the other hand was abhorrent. Appointments we're cancelled without any notification to us. A complete and utter lack of knowledge about how to Bill to our insurance company left me spending hours on the phone with both the Dr.s office and the insurance company. The amount of time I had to put in because of their constant mistakes left me absolutely frustrated beyond belief. I would travel hours to see another Dr. Just to avo
