Husband has general anxiety and panic attacks. Paid her 125$/session 2x/mo and she, unknown to us, only started prescribing my husband the therapeutic dose of Buspar +- 9 months after their first meeting. It'd been a lower than therapeutic dose for 7 1/2 months. And he had to see her every month for a refill. She said she'd look into applying for disability for him, then didn't return any of his calls for an appointment after that. He can't work -panic, and is starting the doc process over again

Ms. Smith is the THE best psychiatric nurse practitioner ever. I could be biased since she is the first person to see the true me and help me slowly accept that person one step at a time. She cares about my well being and is available if I need her in emergencies. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism and kindness.
