FINALLY. I can't stress enough the importance of finding a therapist that makes getting an appointment easy. Before I moved to Rochester I had lived in Chicago & Maine, and neither time was this process easy. Not only was it intimidating, but getting an initial appointment with someone I liked the looks of online seemed damn near impossible. From the moment I tried to get ahold of Patricia it was quick and easy. She got back to me the same day and I had an appointment secured for later in the week. The sessions are within my means (I've been charged well over 100 dollars an hour in the past with my high deductible plan) The therapy itself has also exceeded my expectations. Happy to have finally found a place that I am comfortable with and looking forward to continuing with them...Don't hesitate to book

I've been with Patricia for well over two years now. To call meeting her life changing would be an understatement. I had been in therapy for many years before seeing her. She's vibrant, attentive, caring, and highly knowledgeable about treatments in the area. You would think these would be common traits among therapists but they aren't! I cannot recommend Patricia enough. Seriously. She is awesome.

I have gone to Patricia for years. I had a couple of other therapists before finding her and nothing really stuck, but she has actually helped me to grow a lot. Her approach seems to be a bit different...she gives actual feedback, and my other therapists really didn't talk much, which made me feel awkward.

Patricia made me feel like my trauma was not as traumatic as other patients of hers. She did not make any effort to understand me and was judgmental and cold. The environment was clean but I am leaving one star because of how uncomfortable I felt.

Warm and understanding but also goal oriented. Has helped to get me feeling like me again. Highly recommended.
