Pat has helped me in many ways. She has helped me understand and deal with my past and the present. So many things make sense to me now and I have discovered things about myself that I truly like. She has given me the tools that I need to understand and deal with the things that I once thought were impossible. Other than my husband, I've never really trusted anyone and I can honestly say that I trust Pat 110%. I am a better and much happier person because of the help Pat has given me.
