I would NOT suggest using this medical facility for any type of treatment. After driving an hour and having my appointment confirmed by the office a week prior, I was told that the speech therapist refused to see me. The reason I was given was that they did not receive a referral. After checking with my primary care physician two days prior to the appointment that the referral was sent and time stamped as well as receiving confirmation of the referrals from my health insurance company, I knew this was not true. ENT Specialists has a policy that if they do not receive the referral than they will not see the patient. This is even after I signed a waiver of patient payment responsibility. Furthermore, my primary care office sent over a second copy of the referral, while I was at the office but they still refused to see me. I would highly suggest going somewhere else that has much more compassion for patients. Patricia Fulton even cam highly recommended but I would not ever go back
