Dr Fettes listened to me in a compassionate manner. She helped me look at my behavior and self talk to realize that I was putting myself down when I was actually a good person. She gave me tools and words to use in my personal life that significantly changed my relationship with myself and eventually with my husband and my extended family. She brought me through an incredibly difficult period in my life and I continue to see her for support as needed.
