Patty really helped me through the most difficult part of my life. Before spending time with her, I did not know how to talk nice to myself or be nice to myself. She helped me shape how I should see myself and changed my pattern of behavior that was really damaging me at that time. She is calm, funny, reasonable and kind. I feel a great amount of respect for her as a professional and a counselor to anyone trying to find their way back.

Patricia is great at listening for the root issue that you are there for, even if you aren't sure yourself. I have only visited her a few times but learned so much about myself and tools to help outside of these sessions. I'm going to schedule to see her about a different issue now, saw the low star rating and was shocked. She's wonderful!
