Terrible
Terrible bedside manner. Didn’t listen to me , seemed annoyed I didn’t have my mask on when she walked in (I took it off so I could breathe since I had terrible congestion). She definitely missed the training on bedside manner.

Severe left hip pain radiating to the knee.
We were on vacation in Rome when developed severe left hip pain. Local Dr treated with steroid injections 2x day for 3 days. Flew back from Rome and went to Urgent Care. I was seen immediately by Patricia Bultsma. She was compassionate, caring, professional, knowledgeable and speedy. She did an exam & ordered an immediate X-ray, gave me a script for meds and put in a referral to Orthopedics to contact me for an appointment. She did great and I’m appreciative.

Patricia Bultsma was thorough and explained well, so I could understand. She was kind, caring and I felt I could trust her. I would recommend her to everyone.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I had a horrific experience with this provider. She did not listen to me at all, she seems rather annoyed that I was even there. I had an injury and her recommendation was to take ibuprofen and go for a walk. What a joke.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Patricia Bultsma at a Sanford acute care clinic. I did not feel she listened to my concerns or attempted to understand my situation. She seemed rather cranky in general and more interested in going through the by-the-book motions than understanding me as a patient. I would not recommend her. She could use coaching on patient care and listening skills.
