I found Patricia very insightful on a multitude of issues. She is warm and inviting but stern and no- nonsense when it comes to speaking the truth to you about yourself. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wanted real help to get to that good place in their life and in the lives of their familiy.

Patricia was very helpful when I was going through a very stressful time. She helped me see that I needed to build my self confidence in order to heal. I will definitely be going back if I have any further issues.

Not a good fit for kids. She absolutely has no idea how to engage with teens. Talks way more than she listens. Not patient with kids who don’t talk much or process slower. Does not have the ability to simply ask questions and wait for response. Just decides they don’t understand just because they process slower. 15 minutes into second visit she says she doesn’t think she can help but she gave up before she really started. All she’d have to do is listen and ask questions to draw a response and then wait for said response but all she wants to do is talk. Super unprofessional. Not intuitive or patient at all. She will charge you for a full hour and cut your session short without really listening to anything you say. Makes the parent stay in there the entire time and does not really engage with teen. Just talks at parent. Of course my kid isn’t going to talk with me there the whole time. Also, so many other things. Too much to type. Feeling dismissed.

I had a horrible experience with this provider. She was extremely dismissive of my feelings and said very hurtful, unprofessional things. She should not be practicing. I can't imagine if she said these things to someone who was not in a good place. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Patty is amazing at seeing situations from many different points of view. She has helped my son through many situations and just recently helped me through a very difficult situation. I would very much recommend her!

Patti was a great listener and helped me work through very difficult family issues. She was very quick to get me worked into her schedule!

Ms Alewel is an excellent counselor! We have visited with her on personal and marriage concerns. She is always considerate, a great listener, and her response and recommendations are wise and valuable. I have been going to Patti for about 7 years. She has helped me through so many things. She's amazing at what she does.

I had an appointment at a specific time. I go there to a locked office. After about 15 minutes I left, Patti was not there! When I got back home I called her number and she said she just got there. She had known about my appointment but said a meeting she was in ran late !!! She did not leave the meeting to see her patient !!!!! She hardly apologized and: She offered to do nothing by way of compensating me for me lost time, though she requires 24 hour notice from clients!
