Dr. Punsalan is the best! I have had so many issues with my cervical stenosis and arms hands pain and I have seen so many different doctors In past he took so much time and went over every detail of my test results in took so much time to explain in detail and so I understood why they can't do surgery and why it's all happening very caring and compassionate I am so glad that I moved to the Vancouver/Portland area 2 years ago from. Seattle the medical I have received is unremarkable OHSU top notch care no comparison I was getting no where in Seattle at University of Washington medical. Dr Punsalan should get a award for his outstanding service he provides!!! Thank you for everything

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Punsalan?
Dr. Punsalan was unprepared for my appointment, as he had not reviewed my chart or my imaging. He did not listen to me when I talked, instead repeating that he was a "Western Medical Doctor" over and over again and calling my case "a bunch of puzzle pieces" that he was having trouble putting together. Furthermore, he did not physically examine my back and his notes about my appointment are lacking, misleading and in a few cases outright bogus lies. Very disappointed with Dr. Punsalan.

Dr. Punsalan is very responsive and clearly explained to me the result of my lumbar and hip xrays. And he also advised me the best solution to resolve the severe pain I am suffering with. Glad I was referred to him by my PCP, found the right Ortho for me.
