I feel like I got scammed by Dr on Demand.
Telehealth
Remarkably unhelpful for what ended up being a 5-7 minute appointment. She told me my symptoms don't match any patterns whatsoever (which I find doubtful at best) and didn't even ask to see the symptom areas (i.e., my eyes) until towards the end. I guess I was expecting a doctor to investigate symptoms, patterns, etc. in a bit more depth before coming to the conclusion that what I described allegedly does not match any symptomatology in existence. I can appreciate her eventually telling me she would rather me be seen by someone in person since she has no idea what I'm talking about, but I am honestly stunned that I paid $89 on Dr on Demand for this woman to tell me that she has no idea what she might be treating me for.

I feel heard for the first time in years
I met Pam through Dr on demand. She was empathetic, patient, and thorough. I feel cared for and heard - and much more optimistic than I did before connecting with her!
