Dr. Pamela Shifter is a brilliant Psychotherapist and had great insight and compassion for our family. She taught us many coping techniques and assisted in improving our family communication. She is the best and I highly recommend her.

She is an excellent counselor. Totally changed my life. However a major problem is that every few months she does not show up for an appointment and does not let you know so you end up sitting in the office forever.
