I am so disappointed with Pamela because the lack of response is very frustrating. I have texted/called/left voice messages since February 2022 and it’s November 2022 and she has not answered me not once! I reached out to her back in February because my daughter needed a new counselor as her current one was not a good match. I wanted to get her started with someone else but Pamela never answered me. Eventually my daughter stopped seeing the counselor and now she sees someone from a different facility. Recently, I contacted Pamela because my district changed insurances and I wanted to make sure that her facility was in network as I am being treated by one of her counselors and she has not responded anything! Not even one time! My counselor is the messenger but she cannot answer my insurance questions. I had to stop treatment because of this as I do not want to get stuck with an out-of-network bill. Soooo frustrating and very disrespectful. Her lack of response makes me feel so anxious!

Recommended by a former colleague, however; called her office several times; and emailed as well. No response at all. She might be a busy counselor but should at least let a person know that’s she’s overextended.

Visits were helpful , seems there was a disputed with insurance billing and never heard back from her
