Pam is well versed in medication management and is always professional. It’s true that she is behind schedule frequently but never rushes an appointment. I would not be thriving today if it weren’t for her. If you want one of the best be patient and see Pam, the wait is worth it!

No matter how truthful you are, you will be accused of lying. Has a negative perception of addicts. Which causes her to automatticaly assume she is being lied to. Even when proof is shown, she will refuse to change her statement. Will constantly cancel appointments last minute or rush through your appointment because "she's behind schedule". Would seem to be on vacation or away from the office for 1-2 weeks monthly. While she is away her voicemail will always be full. Making it impossible to leave voicemails to get prescriptions filled. Sometimes you will have to wait in the lobby 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment. Learning of cancellations just as you get in the door is something that I've never dealt with before. Rude and awful, belittling person Been around 7 months since I stopped going to her but after a friend told me she had a first appointment set up with her, I felt that I needed to share my experience to the world

Would not recommend frequently goes on vacations doesnt care about appointments scheduled. Takes another 3 weeks to get in after she blows you off.... called 4 times this week needing medication refills no call back. Contacting the better business burro

I had an initial consultation scheduled with this individual at her private practice in Pittsford. I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early so that I could complete forms and provide my insurance information. Her bedside manor is horrible, she is rude, and she doesn't understand how insurance companies bill for services. I walked out with my paperwork and never plan to return.

She is so disorganized, never gets back to you, wants you to call her yourself for refills which is fine if her voice mailbox isn’t full! It takes several attempts to ever reach her. Scatter- brain!

Never expect to get your refills on time. Or at all.
