Pam is such a compassionate, caring provider. She spent so much time with me talking to me regarding my new and first pregnancy. I'm what is consider an advanced maternal age pregnancy, I'm 42. Therefore I had many concerns. She recommend I have genetic testing based on my age. She gave me many recommendations to have a healthy pregnancy, especially due to my concerns that this is my first pregnancy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pam and how caring she is!!!

I was 12 weeks pregnant and very concerned because I was having spotting and had a history of miscarriage. I reached out to the office several times saying that something wasn’t right. I didn’t feel ok. I was constantly reassured that baby and I were fine and not to worry. no tests, no further check up. At 16 weeks I started bleeding very heavily and demanded an ultrasound. I went in to find out that the baby had passed. I had called and called and called for help and I had a history of recurrent miscarriage. When I went into the office post ultrasound, Pam very callously referred to my baby as “just fetal tissue” and gave me “options” to D&C. Only D&C. No other options were available until I refused. I went home and delivered a beautiful 16 week baby and then had to fight to get the fetal death certificate because they didn’t do that in office because (per Pam) I wouldn’t deliver the baby at home intact. Terrible bedside manner and awful concern for a risky patient
