Dr. Pamela Digiovanna, DPT

Pam Digiovanna, my amazing physical therapist, helped me through the pain and limited mobility from a difficult spinal surgery. Very soon after my laminectomy my surgeon recommended physical therapy. I called Tidelands Physical Rehabilitation Hospital at Waccamaw. I asked for a female therapist and thank goodness Pam Digiovanna was assigned to me. From the very start Pam was very willing to listen to my worries and concerns about my recovery and what will my limitations be. She suggested I come to physical therapy 2x per week. The exercise plan she prescribed, while difficult from the beginning, together with her constant encouragement and coaching made all the difference. I saw Pam Digiovanna for a total of 9 visits and the improvement is amazing. I totally credit her with my excellent recuperation. She gave me my life back and I thank her from the bottom of my heart.
