Pamela is the first therapist that gives sound advice. She's not one that makes you do things like, practice breathing or meditating. She's not the "Let's talk about how you feel ..." She gives suggestions and thoughts, however, leaves the decisions up to you. This in turns, gives you the choice to find the best solution that will work given your situation. She's very kind, respective, intelligent, practical and thoughtful. She's unlike any other therapist I've ever encountered and I'm extremely grateful to have connected with her.
