Mr. Mandes was recommended by my physician. I spoke with him by phone. I was told the office would call to make appt. 3 weeks later I never heard from anyone. I called office and was told there were no notes in my chart of him speaking with me. The office checked with Mr. Mandes and told me it must be an insurance issue. I questioned how it could be an insurance issue if they had no notes on me and my conversation with Mr Mandes. I was told the insurance person would call. Another week, no call.
