Even though he KNEW I was having steroid back injections just 2 days after seeing him by an MD, he gave me a hip steroid injection anyhow. This injection had been tried & was UNSUCCESSFUL before and that info was in my records if he'd taken the time to read it. Also, it is NEVER recommended to get steroid injections less than 6 weeks apart - ESPECIALLY for a diabetic. He also claimed to have given me a 'new' diagnosis - a diagnosis made by a real MD 2+ years earlier.

I saw this PA, Oscar Falconer, for a very painful swollen knee. He aspirated my knee, tool and X-ray, and gave me a Cortisone shot. He said i had severe arthritis in my knee cap. He offered No medical advise or recommendations should this reoccur. Two months later, my knee began to swell again and was more painful this time. The pain was now going up my leg, and hip and I was unable to sleep at night. When I called for an appointment, it took 2 days until I received a call back, he told the front office person that he would not see me and would not aspirate it and wanted me to see the orthopedic surgeon. The Doctor was not available for 2 weeks. Regardless he would not see me even as I described my pain level and that I was unable to drive or sleep. My pain was unbearable and I went to the emergency room. He showed no compassion or concern to my the degree of pain and discomfort I was having. I would recommend that you Not work with this PA.
