I'm not allowed to say that the doctor said I'm 'Fd' or that Oona said the whole situation is 'Fd'. What is the point of a review if you can't speak English and say the same words they said to you in a clinical setting?

Therapy
I saw Oona for 3 years starting during my divorce. We did EMDR, visualization as well as talk therapy. She got me through a very difficult time in my life providing me tools to move forward.
