So happy to have been connected with Omar. He has taught me so much. I can't recommend him enough. I also hear he's great with teens!!

I have seen therapists before, but this has been a unique experience. There is a feeling of safety that I didn't even realize was so important for me. Somehow, Omar knew. His insight us always spot on and challenges me without making me feel admonished. I don't know how else to say it, but you can tell he was made to be a therapist.

Omar provided instant comfort by making me feel like I could speak without judgment. He uses humor and levity when it's needed most, which I genuinely appreciate. He helped me to work my way out of a very dark place and start living my life in a more authentic way. I could not be more grateful to have had his help when I needed it the most. I recommend him very highly.

He is a nice enough guy, but I expected more from someone who actually has a contract with insurance and is licensed. He really didn't give me any great tools or resources, he was nice to talk with and he asked a few good questions. I guess when you go through insurance you shouldn't expect much. I was bummed because I heard in his other office from that staff that he is really great, but he doesn't take insurance there. Thus, I booked through his insurance practice. I am wondering if I saw him and paid top dollar in private practice if I would get better experience.
