Amazing to work with. Olivia truly listens, helps me set attainable goals for a healthier lifestyle. I feel like she really wants me to succeed. She doesn’t just hand out a cookie cutter diet but helps me find healthier options to my favorite foods. I didn’t want to see a RD at first, but my doctor required it, and Olivia makes eating healthy and finding new options almost fun. I definitely would recommend her to anyone wanting or needing to make a change. You only get one life... make it your best life!
