Second third horrible experience First ask for help with pain management and got it email of two groups that obviously would not be able to help me Second came in last summer with what I thought was a tick bite she said no Third today came in with a swollen leg and ankle she immediately said it was Lyme disease! I asked her to call in a prescription because it was Friday and my friend had recently died from complications from Lyme disease She refused she said it would because of the dosage I called and made a complaint my call back told me that Olivia said it would be inappropriate to call in a med before the test was back I requested to have another provider and never see her again

Inexperienced NP with no emotional intelligence who takes any patient attempt to be involved in their care as a personal offense.

If you have to see her or any practitioner there, don’t go alone. Incredibly questionable behavior and no concern for patient care or health. Reporting her to professional conduct office. Terrified any medical professional acts this way. Never experienced such horrific behavior in a medical facility as a patient.
