Hello Olga Afonsky has been my nutritionist for about a year now. I'm learning so much from her. She is professional and very knowledgeable about food and body chemistry. She listens and incorporates your personal lifestyle habits and dietary needs. She is creative in helping you establish a nutritional food plan that helps support you reach your health and nutritional goals. I recommend her highly.

Ms. Afonsky was the absolute best person to chat with about my sugar/weight gain issues. She listens like a friend and gives adivce like the wise nutritionist that she is. The environment that she creates is comfortable and caring. I am happy to report that her advice helped me to loose 5 pounds right away. My sugar addiction is not as intense and I feel and look so much better. Thank you Ms Afonsky!
