Nosheen Hydari

Nosheen was my therapist for about two years that I can remember. She is very knowledgeable, she really is skillful in all her website says she's knowledgeable in. She was an awesome therapist. BUT during the year of 2020, in the fall, I noticed she would take weeks to respond, sometimes months to get back to me on my request to schedule another session. When she didn't get back to me by phone or email I actually thought that something might have happened to her or her family, like Covid. Later colleagues of her said she was fine. It's been 9 months later and I get a random happy birthday email. I responded to her by email and phone that "ghosting" me as a client was not cool and hurtful. I understand that I have the choice to say that any therapist isn't working for me and vice versa but the agreement is that you are informed it will not be working out. To just disappear in the middle of working through something was disheartening.
