Getting taken of advantage of on the bill
A friend recommended me to go to Norm Arron, insurance covered some & he charged me an extra $119.00. I asked for a rundown on the bill, everything was fine till I was told the eye prescription that he wrote down on a 5 x 3 paper, yes just my prescription was $45.00, I said to Norm, really, he responded, it's not the prescription, it's my ability to write it. My Dr.'s primary & specialists don't even do that. Never heard of anyone doing this!! Can you imagine all Dr's doing this every time you go to see them, I will never walk into that office again. The optometrist wanted to charge me $895.00 for glasses, I bought the same ones on line for $154.00. I also could of gone elsewhere & $.o out of pocket- should of listened to my own instincts

I have been seeing Dr. Arons for my annual check since 2016. He is professional, caring, and attentive. He gives a very thorough examination and spends ample time explaining conditions that may have changed over the past year. When leaving his office, I feel very confident that I have had a compete and thorough examination. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Arons takes the time to listen to find the correct, and best, lens for you eyes. I had been elsewhere within the past year but was not happy with my vision or the comfort of my lenses. After seeing Dr. Arons I now have clear vision and comfortable contacts! Highly recommend.

Consistently and throughout the time I have visited Dr Arons, my visits were very thorough and I have been thrilled with his work. He is one of the doctors that cares about his patients. If I had any issues with my eyes, he is always available to help in any way and is so prompt with his response. I highly recommend this doctor as he is a doctor that cares!

Staff is very rude and I have paid for my contact exam and Tricare as covered the rest and I still am not able to get my prescription nor my medical records. I had delt with Sammy and she is the RUDEST person I have ever meet. I cant believe she works with the public. I will NEVER go back nor recommend them to anyone.
