Nisa Patel, FNP

She was supposed to be my primary care provider. Rarely replies to extremely important mychart messages. Refuses referrals through telehealth. Asked her to help me with a serious issue and she was rushing me and just replied, "i dont see you enough to do that" A nurse practitioner who isn't a doctor with this kind of attitude? Thanks to her I have abnormal cells after I begged for a referral for the right specialist. Just an awful heartless person.

Provider was in a hurry. Did not spend enough time to listen to my concerns. Did not give me opportunity to ask questions.

She just quite don't know how to do thoroughly. (INAUDIBLE).

I was previously dismissed by my neurologist as not having any additional problems aside from my MS and only prescribed medications as a bandaid to my symptoms. Nisa Patel referred me to a new neurologist setting me on a path to get the correct diagnosis and continued care I needed. I really appreciate that she set up a phone visit with me immediately to actually listen to the symptoms I was having. I was also seen in person by her and referred to a Rheumatologist as well where I was correctly diagnosed. She took a lot of time and care in making sure I received the best care possible. I appreciate her a lot. She listened when other doctors would not.

Nisha Patel was extremely rude. She was quite aggressive, and did not like when I would ask questions about my health. Any question I had about my health her about the treatments suggestede. She would scold me like if I was a child "stating I already told you that" I don't think Nisa dose not enjoy being a being a public servant, such as a nurse, or a doctor.

I like going to this clinic because they always understand me and I like how they treat me.

After I had a traumatic experience with an awful surgery, dr Patel did nothing but belittle me, downplay my pain, and refuse me care. I came to her with chronic pain and it took until coming to her for help after my surgery for her to reveal that she thought I was an addict the entire time because I used medical cannabis for pain. She accused me of being an addict and said she would not give me any pain meds, nor was she willing to refer me to a new surgeon or pain management specialist or anything. She told me “if it was that bad, I would be in the ER”. She said this to me knowing that I had already been and they had told me to go to my pcp. She’s heartless and let’s her ego get ahead of seeing her patients as people. She lacks compassion and empathy. I truly warn you away from her.

My evaluation of Nisa and the team that was with me from the time I checked-in until I finished my appointment was excellent. I highly trust in her and her explanations and all questions and concerns. They were very thorough. Thank you for valuing me and gibing me the security and treatment, medication and information. They were all very professional.

This is the first time I had to wait almost an hour to be seen due to waiting on Lab results not sure if that was my fault due to I took my test to late prior to the appointment or the staff didn't retrieve them earlier to help reduce my wait time. I almost walked out because I was running late to work due to the extra time. My Health provider Nisa Patel was outstanding as always and pushed me hard to take my meds I know she did it because she cares and I appreciate that about her. She one of the Best of the Best!!! I happy I've had her for the past 3 years!!
