Mediocre
Dr. Ballew is a very mediocre doctor and does not explain diagnoses unless asked. After doing the tests, she simply said what I had and then went quiet. She did not elaborate on what's going on and why this is happening until I asked her. I found this very odd given that she is a doctor.

Eye visit
She said she was going to get eye tools to extract something from my eye but she never did. Then she claimed nothing was in my eye but when she wiped it I felt sharp pains in my eye and I said as much. She did not explain why I felt these sharp pains? I think she is overworked and did not do such a good job.
