She is very welcoming and kind-hearted. Our communication has been excellent since the first visit. Dr. Shah is caring, always smiling and laughing, which creates a good atmosphere for patients. I can't thank you enough for the special, excellent care she has provided me.

Nikita specializes in psychiatry and is extremely knowledge of various mental health disorders and medications. I was transferred to her after a bad experience with my previous provider. However, I bonded with Nikita immediately. She is great at developing a rapport with her patients, as she is empathic, an active listener, and non-judgmental. After 10 years of taking Effexor, she helped me wean off by developing a unique taper for my delicate body. She recommended a different medication and I’ve never felt better!

I didn't have the best experience with my previous psychoanalyst, but when Bloom Healthcare took over, I was paired with Nikita and she straightened out my medications and set me on a path to wellness. I'm happy, but more importantly: My family is happy. Thank you Nikita!
