Dr. Yopa has been extremely helpful and professional in providing the hearing aid solution I knew I needed. I found the whole process of finding a provider/doctor, selecting a device manufacturer, figuring out what device features I needed, and getting insurance coverage, was more complicated than expected. Dr. Yopa was the answer. She was thorough, caring, knowledgeable, works with many device manufacturers, is excellent at answering questions, and has a Doctor of Audiology degree. I am grateful I found Dr. Yopa rather than using one of the chain or retail type providers.

Dr. Yopa is extraordinary in her knowledge, skills, and customer service (I speak for two). Speaking with Nicolle is like speaking to a friend who has your best interest. She is not only someone that I know I can trust, but also courteous, understanding, patient, and easy to talk about all my concerns. She is the special type of doctor that will go above and beyond. Thank you Dr. Yopa for all that you have helped me with and all that you do. May you continue to be who you are and soar high!

From my first phone contact with Dr. Yopa, she offered me hope. Every audiologist has shut me down mid-consult, suggesting my hearing loss is beyond hope. Not only was Dr. Yopa positive, but she was calm and explained everything clearly. She quickly honed in on the best possible hearing aid that might offer me a degree of improvement, clearly outlining what benefit (including the limitations) I could expect. She is warm, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in improving my quality of life.
