I was in the Acute Emergency Service unit in Weinberg at UMMC from 12/16/19 until my release on 1/17/20. Nicole was the medical staff person who was constant and assisted the surgeons that attended me. She has great bed-side manners, wonderful personality and very skilled and knowledge in the area of my acute needs. She always prepared me for what I would experience (pain wise) while attending to my wounds . She is an excellent example of professional care in this helping profession where so many doctors and nurses feel no connection with the patient. I beg the differ when it comes to Nicole Tobin.
