I began seeing Nicole four years ago following major trauma and depression. She has been more helpful than I can describe in a paragraph. It has been a long journey and throughout it, so many things have happened that might have leveled me had I not had the support and guidance of a skilled therapist. Instead, I’ve stayed the course, and am rebuilding my life. I never wanted to be in therapy. I don’t like talking about myself or about painful things. But Nicole is easy to talk to and I never feel like I’m being judged, which is so important. I would not have lasted this long in therapy if I felt at all uncomfortable speaking freely. I would definitely recommend Nicole to anyone.
