My primary care doctor in Boston strongly recommended Nicole after she and I talked about my marital issues and the resentment, anger, guilt and sadness I was feeling. Since I was referred and worked with Nicole, I have recommended her to several of my co-workers and friends. If you are even thinking about therapy..I highly recommend.

When I initially spoke with Dr Sylvia, she listened to all that I unloaded. I felt embarrassed and ashamed with everything I just told her. She has the warmest smile and helped me feel normal again. She explained that what I was feeling and thinking right now was going to end. She was confident. Dr Sylvia, unlike any other therapist I worked with in the past, summarized what I was feeling and put a plan in place with goals and tools to help me meet the goals. I finally felt a heaviness lifted. I didn’t feel like the bad and guilty person I had been feeling like since my separation. I have been working with Dr Sylvia intermittently for two years now. Whenever I feel as though I am slipping, her office will fit me in. I am reminded of all the progress that I’ve made and how I got to a better place in life.I recommend Dr Sylvia and encourage any one who is carrying any guilt or resentment to reach out to her.She does have a long waiting list, but it was worth the wait for me.B.G.

A colleague at work had come back after a leave of absence due to the death of her child. I assumed she would never come back since this woman could no longer function at work—understandably. I asked my colleague, what made her decide to live again, she told me, she started to have hope. Her therapist helped her normalize her grief and continues to be a support in her life. I was amazed and thought I could benefit as well and reached out to Dr Nicole. She called me back, which was a shocker since no one ever does. She seemed to have compassion right from the start on the phone. I can not tell you what she has done for me in my life. I recommend to anyone who feels, lost and alone.

20 min late for my first appt. Gave me a book that says people create cancer with their bad thoughts. Then left me in the waiting room for 25 min for my second appt. I gave up and left. When I texted her that I’d be moving on I got no apology for her unprofessional behavior, just a “sorry this didn’t work out for you”. Unless you have endless free time and want to read Scientology theory books, I’d look elsewhere.
