Nicole knew how to help me in a way no one else was understanding I needed. She exceeds what she is required to do for the people she works with and gives her heart, talented skills with therapy and training, and commitment to taking care of the people she is very seriously.

Nicole has been such a lifesaver for me, and I know many others. She helped me regain control of my life and re-establish a new normal which included being able to experience life again and all it’s emotions & experiences. We needed her years ago and years sooner but our community now is better that we have her as a provider who deeply cares about us, provides care that can be trusted without unnecessary impacts on flying careers, and she is committed to helping us with her heart behind the help she provides. She is consistent with reaching out and I know she would be there for me if at any time I needed it. It was easy to just start talking to her about things, which made the process much easier, and she knows what she is doing regarding treatment for trauma, depression, adverse life impacts and I can assume a lot of other issues. Based on past experiences, I didn’t have much faith in mental health or military providers but Nicole showed me something different than others.

She helped the 403d and many of us more than she will ever realize. She was the only light in many of our darkest moments and she genuinely cares about the military communities she is attached to as a provider.
