My New Primary Provider
I was reluctant to see a Nurse Practitioner at first. However, I have had really bad experiences with providers here in Las Vegas and was expecting more of the same. I was pleasantly surprised from the start. The office was very clean, the staff was very polite and timely. Nicole was excellent. I finally felt like I was being heard. Apparently a lot of the issues I was having had to do with a "medication interaction". She explained everything to me and then ordered more tests to make sure. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so this time. After I started my new meds and Nicole's care team called to follow up with me I have been feeling better than I have for the past few years! I'm not in constant pain and I feel like I have more energy. Nicole really took the time to listen to me and even helped me with scheduling one of my specialty care referrals. I've never had a provider do anything like that before. Big shoutout to the whole crew!!
