When I explained or asked things she would respond in ways that made it seem like she hadn't been receptive or listening to me at all. She refused to explain testing procedures as well as did not tell me certain test results were negative and I had to be told by the nurses station 2 months later to just look at my results online and then I had to google what things meant and then ask friends/ family that had prior EMT experience or is an Rn, what does this even mean. Instead of saying she would follow up on or look into my records to answer my questions she just denied that I ever had referral from a different provider in same NVIH office years prior and then proceeded to argue & gaslight me by saying that no referrals ever processed from this location and that she wouldn't be looking into it further. She then wrote a follow up referral for me regarding this question but with an entirely different statement than what I had said or intended so was entirely untrue/ from her own mind and thoughts so not true or correct. She stated that I needed this testing done to continue receive SSI benefits when that had nothing to do with this and was not true at all. I never mentioned my SSI in that appointment but had spoke of it previously and am at no risk of losing benefits or needing to do anything further to continue receiving SSI. She also prescribed me with 2 separate prescriptions that have moderate risks with my other long-term medications so my insurance nurse line asked does my provider not know about my current medications listed or not to which I have more questions than answers since my last appointment she spoke to me on the phone and refused to see me in person at all to switch to a more appropriate medication. My behavioral health office is assisting me to resolve this and suggested I change providers immediately and speak to site manager.
