Dr. Nicole Blazek, PHD

I concur with all of the above evaluations of Nicole Blazek. I went for a C&P and felt like she was coming up with her own conclusion rather than listen to me. She shouldn't be doing VA work she too into her PHD than the person she's talking to. She went as far to tell me I wasn't experiencing things that I pointed out. If you have her for upcoming appointment reschedule until you get someone else.

I didn’t want to believe the bad reviews of Dr. Blazek so I went to my C&P exam. I thought maybe people were just sour from a denial. It was a mistake to give her the benefit of the doubt. The bad reviews are true. Upon review of my exam, I saw that she did not accurately write down the symptoms for PTSD that I gave her. She made up her own narrative and said my MST did not cause my depression. I went in with a symptom and description for nearly every point on the official statistical PTSD checklist. She didn’t record any of it. Seemed like she decided I was lying and wrote whatever she felt. I’m really disappointed in Dr. Blazek.

This doctor did not complete and submit her evaluation in a timely manner (took her 3 months after the exam). She must have forgotten the patient she evaluated because she referred me as he/him when I am a she/her. This doctor spent a short time evaluating my symptoms. She did not listen and care enough to spend time and get an accurate evaluation. Poor, poor quality of service. I feel sorry for other veterans like me who had her as an evaluator.

She is the most condescending person i have ever met. Completely unprofessional. She lies on her reports and will say you said things you never said. Completely awful. She rated my wife at 0 for ptsd it was appealed. My wife then went to real psychologist who actually spent time with her. VA noted she was misdiagnosed and given a 70 rating. Word of advice if you have her for a Comp and Pen just say no they will get you a much better doctor with integrity.

The most unprofessional and outright fabricator of diagnosis I have ever experienced!
