Dr. Nick Martin, OD

Dr. Martin is beyond rude. Condescending and aggressive.

Dr. Martin was EXTREMELY rude, condescending and impatient. His demeanor was almost hostile towards my questions, even down to being annoyed by having to adjust the exam machine height to enable me to see better. I will NOT be returning.

Never got to see Dr. Martin....I received a flyer in the mail from VisionWorks. Called VW and they said they didn't do the eye exams (flyer led one to believe they did) so I was to call Dr. Martin. My optometrist retired a few years ago and I've been searching for a new optometrist so I decided to try him. Called this office and was told by a front staff member that she couldn't schedule an appointment at that time but would take my name and number to call me right back. Four hours later I get a voice message that she called me back. There may have been a reason for this but, sorry, if it isn't important enough to be able to serve your customers better than that, that says a lot about the treatment of customers this office more than likely has....first impressions??? I am searching for another optometrist and sorry VW, your flyer was wasted.

The front desk informed me that my provider is out of network. I called my provider and I was informed that they're part of the network, so I called the clinic. I was told that there's a problem with billing process...oh well
