Dr. Nowak is friendly and professional.

He was responsive and to the point.

Took my daughter who had been sick for over 10 days. We believed she had a sinus infection. Dr. said it was just viral after checking her ears nose and throat. 3 days later took her to another Dr. definitely said a sinus infection and ears were severely impacted. Cleaned out her ears and got her an antibiotics and 24 hours is feeling much better. He did not take the time to listen to our concerns nor clean out her ears. I will not take her back to him.

Dr Nick was extremely professional, knowledgeable and didn’t leave any stone unturned to diagnosis. He gave me wonderful tips, instructions and what to look out for upon going home. The whole staff was warm and welcoming on this Christmas Day. Extremely phenomenal experience

Nick was personable and efficient with gathering information. The appointment went quickly, and I was confident he was giving me accurate information.

I brought my sons in to be tested for strep. In the past, if one son has strep, so does the other, though one is always asymptomatic. I asked (more than willing to have a sep visit) that if the first one is positive, please test the other. He refused to test my 2nd child unless he could see a symptom. I explained that in the past, other drs at the practice have tested them both but he said he can't. I asked him to check their records side by side so he could see that they both get it every time, regardless of symptoms. He refused again to test unless the 2nd showed symptoms. I would have gladly paid for the 2nd visit if he would test the 2nd child but he said, no guarantees. So I asked, will my 2nd son will just keep infecting everyone in the house? Including his newborn sister? Talking over my questions, he just kept saying that he couldn't guarantee a test unless he had a symptom.

Dr.Nowak listened completely to my concern and did not interrupt. Explained the best treatment option thoroughly and why it was the best option. VERY impressed.

He was extremely thorough and Kind to my daughter. There little to no wait time.
