Nick and I could hardly be more different, and that may have actually helped a lot. He is extremely good at helping one to ask themselves critical and constructive questions, and set reasonable short and long term goals. His help has directly prepared me for some of the biggest moments in my life. I doubt that any therapist / counselor is the best for everyone, but I know I was extremely lucky to have had Nick guide my self reflection. He was amazing.
