Consultation for lower back pain
I got a 2nd opinion for a lower back issue from Nick. He explained my situation very clearly, was responsive to my questions and put together an expedited short term plan while considering long term options. I felt much more confident with Nick than my original PA from another organization.

Nicholas was kind & considerate. Made me feel at ease right away.He listened to my concerns respectfully. He explained in detail my spine problems & what the xrays showed. He then explained what we are going to do first. My appt wasn't rushed & I left feeling I made a good choice with Nicholas! All the staff was very friendly!

Down to earth doctor with a great rapport!
Had a very positive experience with this guy. He listened intently and answered all my questions with clear and concise answers. Appointment didn’t feel rushed at all and I left his office feeling confident going forward.

Follow up visit
Once again, Nick was friendly, polite, and professional. He listened carefully and gave me answers to my questions and recommendations for things to avoid and do. I’ve come to learn that spine - back pain is not straightforward. He prescribed a med, and that seems to be helping. Onwards with continued life time of exercise and physical therapy.

Positive experience
It was my first time seeing a spine specialist. Nicholas was very professional and personable. He went over my MRi and really explained everything to me in terms I could understand. We worked on a plan to work on my issues and he offered other options if this doesn’t work out. I was very pleased and comfortable with Nicholas and would definitely recommend him.

Still waiting…..
I have been waiting for a month with a plan for my neck with being told to call back and forth and leave messages that don’t get returned. It’s now been 4 days since my MRI with no results still. I tried leaving a message today was told I can’t…. Never got a call back for help with pain meds. My insurance coverage ends in 6 days and I won’t be able to get the help I need now. This place and Rayus Radiology has been a nightmare to get help from.

Disappointed
I was very disappointed. Nich explained my MRI and from the nerve damage I should be having leg, butt numbness, pain, after I said no it was like he didn’t know what to do…. Now I have to get a CT scan. It took a long time to get an appointment which I understand and than not to get any answers, my daughter was with me and felt the same.
