Professional, Knowledgeable, Responsive
Nga Ly has been the primary coordinator of health care professionals and services for me at the University of Utah. My condition is complex, so she interacts with doctors and nurse practitioners in several departments. She is always extremely professional and responsive. My condition and the prescribed medications require blood work and other tests once each quarter. Nga Ly follows up promptly after she receives test results, communicating her analysis of the results and any recommendations she may have relating to further treatment. I have the highest confidence in her abilities and recommend her without reservation.
