My Dad was at Abbey Delray North @2000 Lowson Blvd. in Delray Beach, FL.Neil Palad would go there weekly and have weekly meetings with the Rehab Director regarding Dad's progress nNeil called me when my Dad first arrived and introduced himself. He said he'd update me once a week regarding Dad's progress. Very important that Dad improves he with rehab he said because if doesn't then insurance will stop coverage.After 85 days never heard from this guy again even though he had weekly meetings. Next thing we know is that Dad wasn't to be covered anymore.The One responsibility he had to me and my Family was to pick up the phone weekly and call me. And he couldn't even do that.So why would anyone leave the care of their loved one in Neil's hands, literally? Yet this guy made the decision that my Dad would no longer receive coverage. Really?When confronted he tried to talk his way out of it but obviously he could not.I recommend you to think twice.
