Neil Moody Jr, PA-C. Anastasia Hatfield, You are apart of the problem when it comes to Healthcare and the suffering of the chronically ill. You have every ability to help. Every ability to make waves and fight for your patients however you don't. You say the sick need a team but when it comes down to stand up and talk to the doctors not listening you ignore it. You can't make referrals when your entire career is based on autoimmune diseasess that affect the entire body. When I came to you.... I was already at a point where I should have been hospitalized and you helped contribute to my neglect. You helped contribute to my giving up on life. I'm lucky I'm still alive and here. I can't even count how meny nights I have fallen asleep not knowing if I'm going to wake up in the morning. That's the gravity of my situation and no one is hearing me. I don't feel real anymore, I'm living in a video game it feels like, I'm forgetting how to spell I'm forgetting who I am. Most of my memories are gone, i cant rememeber what i did yesterday... i cant even manage my care anymore and there is 0 help for it. Idk what to do. Years of suffering in pain begging my husband to let me die and I can't even get help with pain management. Again your entire paycheck is givin to you for treating illnesses that cause excruciating pain in our entire body! Then Seeing as you won't do referrals you force already tired, exhausted, overworked due to the medical system patients to go see their GP... fight them to even do it. You know these GPs can and do tell us no. Right?... then we are forced to wait more months to get what we need. Your whole "it takes a while to get a diagnosis" is a bullshi% excuse to not do your job. It's a bullshi% excuse to allow the medical system to win and let us suffer. Then your policy's... I'm a mom with two kids and I have 0 help.. I have had to miss so meny appointments due to that alone. Do better.... Before I got this bad I did what I was supposed to do. I went to the doctors. I went to the hospitals. I went to the specialists. So meny of them. Yet no one can tell me what to do when no one will hear you. Then when you stand up for yourself you get shut down and shut out by entire medical companies. When you fight back and fight for yourhealth you get punished. I'm tired if fighting. I'm tired of living. I'm tired. You helped contribute to that. I won't be back.
