I've been a patient of Dr Gupta for 2 years now. She is very thorough in her examinations and treatment of eye care. She is pleasant, funny and professional. Each time I visit the office it has been clean well organized and the retail personnel is fantastic! Dr. Gupta always has a smile on her face and greets everyone with friendliness and respect. What I find quite good about her personality is she is always able to greet each of her patients by name. What a GREAT eye care professional!!

We had bad experience with Dr. Neel Gupta. She prescribed glasses with OS +1 and after started wearing the glasses my kid started complaining about headache and some blurriness.
And then I cross checked with other Doctor and found my kid sight is OS -2 and they wondered how previous doctor prescribed glasses with wrong power.
As per my experience, I felt Dr. Neel Gupta is not interactive and had not answer to our queries which made us more uncomfortable.

Dr. Gupta and her staff were attentive and personable in everything I might need. I left with a fabulous pair of glasses and will definitely make this office my go to for vision!!

Dr. sent me home for contact fitting with wrong power. I came back into the office to pick up new ones and they are still wrong! She also tried way too hard to sell me contact lenses even though it was more expensive. She also tried to charge me more at check out hoping I didn't catch it. She couldn't do math and was shaking while using a calculator. My glasses prescription is valid for 3 years and that's only because "Dr. had a long day and mistyped" or "computer glitch" and she didn't care.
