I was new to town and was looking to establish local medical care. I met with Nathan to discuss my medical history and prescriptions. All seemed well until the first time I tried to fill a prescription. With no discussion I found Nathan had cut the prescription in half. I tried to correspond with him and when I met with him to discuss this, I found he had not been honest about a number of things he had told me and he proceeded to argue with me. He told me I did not need the medication, he told me all my previous doctors had been wrong, including specialists. He did not listen, he seemed to be more interested arguing and he contradicted himself in the process. He was unbelievably rude, and quite arrogant. Needless to say, I found a real doctor.

Incompetent, irresponsible, unresponsive, misleading (doesn't follow through) doesn't offer follow patient care plan, medically or for pain. Takes pleading with to get prescription actually filled.

So disappointed. We waited over three hours to be seen. Then felt attacked during the appointment for the prescriptions prescribed by our previous doctor that we loved and had been with for years. He seemed more interested in talking about himself than listening to us. He literally argued with my husband telling him he was wrong about everything he was doing for his health. The staff seemed sweet but sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. Took over three days getting prescriptions to correct pharmacy so my husband was without his medications. We both felt beat up and drained after the appointment.

Nathan seems to listen and seems to care. I have already recommended him to others. Because he is a PA I have to see his Dad at least once a year and sometimes twice. He is ok but not as personable as his Son. I always look forward to going back to Nathan after my visit with his Dad.
