Nathan does not listen, does not answer direct questions, contradicts himself, does not read notes from physical therapist as he was showing me exercises the therapist already had me doing. shows no empathy. blamed my age of all things for my broken bone and subsequent issues with range of motion? broken bone yes, age NO.
