Nathan Charlton was very rude. Called my mother names and said even tough her knees are messed up and need immediate attention we don’t operate on fat people and she should try pain management even though it may not work for you. My mother has been struggling with her weight since the death of my grandmother. He was not sympathetic to me mother (who barely can walk, and had actually lost weight but her bad knees caused her to gain it back.)
