My first visit with Dr Bates was wonderful. He is a professional yet has a great bedside manner. He puts you at ease during the exam, very patient and knowledgeable. His team is impressive. Yolanda did a great job doing the preliminary exams and Minnie was welcoming and kind . Bravo, job well done .
